We got underway at 6:15 am for our trip to the Buffalo Airport. Jay's dad John, was kind enough to give us a ride to the airport so we wouldn't have to leave our car there for seven weeks.

Both flights (Buffalo to Chicago and Chicago to Denver) were on time leaving and arrived early along with our luggage. Yea Southwest Airlines!

The weather was beautiful when we arrived, high of 76F and sunny with snow capped mountains in the background (they got their first snow in the high country earlier this week). Here is a view from Jenn's front yard.



The grandkids were excited to see us and Chris got to go to dance class with the three oldest while I babysat Claire.

Jenn and Aaron have just completed having their basement finished so we now have our own guest area. The bar was stocked and operational and I was able to have a couple of Anchor Steam Beers before an early night.
